Recommended Use: Calcium and magnesium help in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Calcium intake, when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis. Magnesium also helps with tissue formation and to maintain proper muscle function. Helps in connective tissue formation. Helps maintain healthy skin and immune function.

Recommended Dose: Recommended adult dose: 2–4 capsules daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a health care practitioner. For adult use only.

Cautions & Warnings: Some people may experience diarrhea. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. Keep out of the reach of children.
