Suggested Use

Recommended Use: A factor in the maintenance of good health and normal growth and development. Adequate calcium (and vitamin D) (throughout life) as of a healthy diet, (along with physical activity) may help prevent bone loss/osteoporosis (in later life). Helps in collagen formation to maintain healthy bones, cartilage, teeth and/or gums. Helps in energy metabolism and in tissue formation. Helps in the function of the thyroid gland. Helps tissue formation, function of the immune system. Helps to form red blood cells. Helps to maintain eyesight and in the development and maintenance of night vision. Helps to maintain healthy hair, nail, mucus membranes and/or skin. Helps to maintain normal blood glucose levels. Helps to maintain normal electrolyte balance. Helps to maintain proper muscle function, including the heart muscle.

Recommended Dose: Men: Take 2 capsules per day. Take with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Avoid taking before bedtime.
